The hut at the turn, stocked by the house and by the room. Take one. Then tell them who sent you.

Every course has one — the hut between the ninth green and the tenth tee where you grab something and keep moving. This is ours. What sits on these shelves is here because a member built it, or because the house went and got it for you. Nothing in here is an advert. Everything in here is a door.
The first company on the shelf, and the one the truck came through the gate for. A drink built in St. Louis by a founder the c1ub knows by name — AJ Foppe. Player One. Every can in these pictures is the real can.
AJ at the wheel of the black eighteen-wheeler, the empty city at night, first light on the open road, and the turn in under the crest — Bill waiting at the top of the drive. The first film the two houses made together.
Their words, their formula, their five colours. Swipe through it.

Twelve slides, cut for the c1ub’s own feed. Members see it here first.
PLAYR1 works with my agency, Social Fire Solutions — that is the disclosure, said out loud, the way the house says everything. It sits first on the shelf for a simpler reason: it was the first company to come through the gate with a truck, and a founder building something different belongs in a room full of people doing the same.
An eighteen-wheeler with the founder at the wheel, the cypress drive, and Bill waiting at the top of it. The film is above. These are the stills. The cooler has not been empty since.

Bill was at the top of the drive before the truck was through the gate. The house does not shake hands with a brand. It shakes hands with a founder.

Barrett Edri, № 266, took his down to the Garage — Sour Blue Raz, off the first crate. Cold, still, and gone before the tenth tee.

The second company on the shelf belongs to a member. Steven Barouh, Agent 005, a pro of the game, found it on a golf course — a game that lives and dies on the line between the mind and the body. Neuralytica measures the athlete’s brain while they move, react and decide. Not a resting scan. The brain in motion.
Finds the brain capability holding an athlete back — reading the play too late, slowing down under pressure — then trains it, and measures it again.
When an athlete starts compensating under load, it shows up in the brain first. It flags rising injury risk, and the part of the body most exposed.
Shows where recovery can move faster and where pushing too soon would cost a setback — after a concussion, too.
The same green Aston that sleeps in the Garage — this time with Steven at the wheel. Dani was waiting on the gravel.

Out of the car, button done, the house in the sun behind him. Steven. Agent 005.

Dust in the low sun, wire wheels on the gravel. Nobody forgets the car.

“Welcome, Mr. Barouh. We’ve been expecting you.” Dani, the c1ub’s Secretary.
The pictures are stills from The Arrival, the film the house made of the day Steven came through the gate — the house made the pictures. The company is all his. If your team, your kid or your own game lives in the space between the ears, go and talk to him.
Five shelves under the headline. Four belong to members. One is a door the house went and opened for everyone.

Business and first class, worldwide, at fifteen to sixty-five percent under the published fare. Consolidator seats — the kind agencies keep for themselves — on a real ticket issued by the airline, with a concierge on the line at three in the morning when the connection goes. The desk has a member behind it. Takashi, № 295, moves these seats — message him on the Radio before you book, and tell him the house sent you. Or search the route and get a quote back within hours.
Ultimate First Class. This is the house’s referral link — said out loud, as always.

Matt Siporin and Ryan Byers — two former pros, one luxury golf-retreat company. The inaugural Streamsong Shootout played out this September: three top-thirty courses on one property, twelve two-man teams, caddies on every round, and four dinners where the real networking happened. Ask them about the next one.

Heirloom ball markers cut from genuine Swiss watch components — dials, bezels, backs, in real gold and silver and stone — carried on the PGA, LPGA, LIV, European and Korn Ferry Tours. It started with his grandfather’s watch. A watch measures the moments of a life. A marker made from one reminds you to be in this one.

Grab what you came for, tell the member you found them here, and get back out there.
