Furnish your locker.
A headline, what you're building, one link. Ninety seconds of work. This is the single highest-leverage thing you will do here — every other room reads from it, and the room finds you through it.
Exposure, network, and your first moves. Three of them. Play them in order and the house starts playing back.
Three first moves · Ticked as you goThe night the c1ub crossed a thousand. A lot of members carried this further than they know — and they get their own frame, in time. This one was a thank you.
Every course worth playing keeps a starter at the first tee. He is not there to teach you the swing. He is there so you don't stand on the tee box wondering what happens next — he tells you where to aim, and he sends you off.
This room is that. Not the whole course. The first mile of it — the part where a stranger becomes a member, and the house learns your name.
Play the three below in order. They are the same three sitting in your locker, so a tick here is a tick there. Most members finish them inside a week.

Whether you said them out loud or not. Everything in the c1ub is one of these three.

Being seen by people who can do something about it. The house has a stage, a board, and a spotlight — all three are pointed at members, not at us.

Not a contact list. A room where people already know what you're building before you open your mouth — because you wrote it down once, in your locker.

The smallest set of actions that turns a name on a register into a member the room recognises. Three of them. That's the whole opening.
Tick each one as you play it. The house keeps your card — the same card that sits in your locker.

You answer the questions. The house does the writing. What comes back is a published page with your name on it — public, indexed, and yours to send to anyone who asks what you do.

One honest paragraph. Who you are, what you're building, what you'd take help with. Not a pitch — the room follows the first move, not the best one.
That line at the top of this page is a promise, so here is one kept. Tim walked this first mile before there was a page for it — a Bandon Dunes caddie building a venture called LooperTalk. He played, the room noticed, and in March the house named him Member of the Month and cut him his own film.
Twenty-two seconds — an arrow, a dark wood, and a target with his name on it. “The only way forward is together.” Play your three and the house learns your name. Keep playing and one day it points a camera at you. Posted 29 April 2026 · The house's frame for № 238
You've seen where the house is. This is where it started — and it is rougher than you'd like, which is exactly why we kept it.

Forty-five seconds, made entirely with AI, back when forty-five seconds was a very long way to go. Nobody in this frame is real. We kept it because the first swing is worth keeping — yours will be too. First long AI video attempt · 27 April 2026
This was typed months before there was a c1ubhouse to walk into, a register to be engraved on, or a first tee to stand at. It is the reason the three moves exist.

“It started with a few who cared enough to do it right.” Every member since has been one of the few. When one grows, we all grow — which is the whole point of the three moves you just read, and of the room waiting on the other side of them. Written 21 October 2025 · signed, sealed, and kept
Three moves. Most members finish them inside a week, and the ones who finish them in a day are usually the ones you hear about later.
Play well out there.
