- The founder’s four steps: research and imagine what you want · storyboard · hyper-real images with Nano Banana Pro (2k is fine; 4k for websites) · the one image you love becomes a clip with Seedance or Kling.
- Ask Claude for twenty black-and-white storyboards. It costs next to nothing and gets the idea out of your head.
- Then images around the frame you love — the B-roll. Split-test colours, stages and backgrounds until one is right; he once chased the stage for hours.
- Custom things — a guitar, a stage — from a screenshot: Claude writes the matching prompt.
- Video: one person for about fifteen seconds; two or three at most. More characters need stronger prompts.
