Every room in the house, what it’s for, and the words we use inside — on one walk. Start with your three moves. Then wander.
You don’t have to learn the whole house tonight. Learn the Lobby, play your three moves, and ask the room for the rest. The only rule of this manual
Nobody hands you a manual at a real country c1ub. You learn the place by walking it, and somebody who has been here longer shows you the doors. This page is that somebody. Six short stops, in order — the first hour, the map, the rooms, the words, a little history, and where to ask.
Most members finish these inside a week. The ones who finish them in a day are usually the ones you hear about later. Your locker tracks them as you go.
IYour headline, what you’re building, one link, a portrait. A furnished locker is how the room finds you — and the first one puts +10 on the board.

IIYou answer the questions; the house does the writing. Your story becomes a public page with your name on it — one that works for you every day.

IIIOne honest paragraph, not a pitch. Pick Introduction and post it. The room follows the first move, not the best one.

The brass switch in The Conversations. On, the house rings your pocket for four things only: a Radio message, a reply to your post, a tip of the cap, your name spoken in the room.
The Starter — forty years at the first tee, the first face of the c1ub. His room is the first door off the Lobby. Play the tape once, alone. Visit The Starter →

This is the whole house you walk every day. Every tile is a door — tap one and you’re standing in it. The rooms of The Study hang behind the Study door; they get their own stop, next.
The house knows you at the door. The first key in your welcome letter opens it once; after that, your number and your combination are the key.
Where every walk starts. The weekly meeting card, the founder’s letters, the bell — and the doors to everything.
The room, talking. Introductions, wins, asks, notes to the house. Ask anything here.
Rail · 02→Six wings of rooms — how you build, scale and grow in the age of AI. The dossiers wait on the shelf.
Rail · 03→Every meeting on the estate, shown in your own time. The weekly meeting’s link lives here.
Rail · 04→Every member’s nameplate. Search a name, a number, or what they do — then Radio them.
Rail · 05→Your card, your pictures, your three referral links, and your first moves — ticked as you play them.
Rail · 06→One line a day: Today I improved because… Private by default. Stamp a page public and it hangs on your locker.
Private lines, member to member. Tune a number and say hello. Open a room of four. What’s said on the line stays off the board.
The brass switch. On, your pocket rings for a Radio message, a reply, a tip of the cap, your name. Nothing else, ever.
Tap any tile to walk there · the Study’s rooms are on the next stop
The Study holds more rooms than you need in your first month. These five do most of the work. The rest of the house is listed underneath, one line each.

The most powerful thing anyone can own in 2026: a brain of your own that never forgets. Your files, your notes, your business — remembered, organised, and working for you. Set up in one round, with prompts you copy word for word. Start here if AI scares you.

The c1ub’s cinema. Make films with AI — a scene, a reel, your dream on a screen — and the Programme walks you through it a tape at a time. This is where the fun happens.

The 90-day plan, drawn to scale. Thirty lessons on tape — your dream, your offer, your website, your numbers, AI in the bag — the way the founder actually builds. Take a wing a week.

Your name and your brand, seen. Sit for the write-up and the house publishes your story on its own page — searchable, shareable, working for you every day. Every member’s story hangs in Member Spotlights; read the room, then Radio the ones you should know.

The standings. Every post, reply, tip of the cap, dossier, meeting and referral counts — a fresh sheet every month, the season underneath. Recognition here is earned, never given: the monthly crown, the Key at two members in, the Gold Card at five.
Nothing here is homework. Wander when you feel like it. A few doors stay sealed until the house grows — that’s on purpose.

Your first mile — exposure, network, and the three moves.

How the house works, walked slowly, once. The road ahead.

Being furnished
Life is a mission. So is the c1ub. Season One — the prizes and the points.

The race to the Key and the Gold Card — two members in, then five.

Posts the Board judged too good to scroll past, pinned for good.

Milestones and member wins, under glass.

The house of record — the timeline on marble, the memorabilia under glass.

The monthly crown. Earned, never given.

Give a member a tip. Five a month. The code is on the door card in the Lobby.

Unlocks at 90 days
Three doors in Your Locker — anyone, women, golfers. Every join lands on your name.

The house’s instruments, turned to face the room. Watch us grow, live.

Most days, a letter to the c1ub. Slow words in a fast world.

“Today we improved because —” the daily ritual behind the letters.

Snacks for members — deals presented quietly, at the turn.

You hold a key. Do you know where the box is?
The deepest drawerYou’ll hear these in the rooms, on the board, and in the letters. None of them are hard — they’re just ours.
The whole record is on marble in The Museum. These six stones tell you enough to feel at home.
Before the gates there was a journal kept in a parked van — one line a day: “Today I improved because…” Years later a single letter changed, and it became the house motto.
The first number struck is № 000 — the founder takes the lowest number in the house and gives every one above it away. Four days later, № 001 walks through a gate that barely exists yet.
The house crosses 200 members while the paint on the gates is still drying — proof the idea was never just an idea.
Typewritten on cream, stamped CONFIDENTIAL: “We are not here just to succeed.” The mission goes to ink — builders of bridges. Bill keeps it in his room off the Lobby.
Fireworks over a runway, the house in black tie, an address delivered under the open sky. The c1ub’s first grand night on record.
The c1ub moves into its own house — the Lobby, the Conversations, the Radio, the lockers, the Study. The same month, every number on the register is cut into its own card at the engraver’s. Yours included.
Don’t struggle alone in silence — that’s the old way. The person who’s already done it is one message away. It’s the third article of The Code.

A private line to any member. Tune in Bill — № 008 — or the member who’s already done what you’re trying to do, and say it down the wire. Nobody else reads the line.

Post it under Help & asks and the whole house sees it. When a member asks, the room answers — that’s the first law of the Code, and the reason the room exists.
